Replacement Policy
To claim replacement

Please read our replacement policy carefully before placing a replacement request to ensure a seamless buying experience.
We only offer a 2-3 days replacement policy in case you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was purchased.
• To claim a replacement, an unboxing video is required to initiate the replacement process.
1. The video shall cover a 360° view of the parcel, product box, and products.
2. The unboxing video shall be the same as the delivery date of the product.
• Replacement request should be claimed within 24 -72 Hours of delivering the product.
• Replacement parcels should be shipped within 72 hours after the request is approved by the brand. In the case of combo products, defective items shall be replaced, not the entire combo.
• The product came under a replacement policy, and
1. shall not have physical damages such as dents, marks, scratches, or broken/missed parts and booklets.
2. The brand will verify as per case 1 if the product appears to be in good condition, the brand will replace the product/ items.
3. If the brand found the product/items defective as stated in case 1, the product/items shall be eligible for warranty (if the product/items own one).
4. Shipping charges shall be solely owned by the customer. The brand will not bear any cost.
5. Items/ products claimed under the replacement policy shall only be replaced by the brand, no exchange between items/products is acceptable.
• Once the replacement of the product is approved, the replaced product will be shipped within 2-3 working days. The brand will bear the shipping charges.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team (click here) if you do not receive this email.
Important delivery related
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes such as the customer’s failure of cooperation (wrong or incorrect shipping address), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, if the package will be returned to us advance is not refundable because we spent it for shipping for prepaid we reship again.
